Laura Logler

Laura Logler, 50, lost her courageous battle with cancer, adenoid cystic carcinoma on August 24th surrounded by her family. Her children, Dylan and Megan Bilodeau were the loves of her life. She was so proud of the young adults that she had raised. She gained a stepson Colby, when she married his dad. She cherished time with her children and their friends. Food and laughter were plentiful, she was always ready with snacks and hugs. She was born October 3rd the daughter of Cecile (Dubois) and Joseph Merchant. Her family moved to Berlin, New Hampshire, where she graduated in 1990 from Berlin high school. Here she made lifelong friends with Christie, Denise, Stacy, Stephanie and Tina. They made memories and had amazing adventures. These friendships lasted into adulthood. She married the love of her life, Frank in 2017. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. She enjoyed riding on the back of Frank's Harley. This was therapy for her after she was diagnosed with cancer. Laura and Frank had fun traveling with their family. Laura also loved quiet time with her husband. They would sit outside drinking their coffee in the morning watching her birds. She began watching and learning about birds, she was proud of her blue birds that came back year after year due to her nurturing nature. She also took pleasure in gardening and growing beautiful flowers. In 2021 Frank and Laura renewed their vows in Saint Lucia. Throughout her battle with cancer were many trips to Boston. Her sister-in-law Tracey was her travel, buddy, and companion they shared many adventures along the way. Her high school friend Stephanie would accompany her as well. They shared memories and lots of laughter on these trips, making the best of the situation. Laura is survived by her husband Frank, son Dylan Bilodeau daughter Megan Bilodeau, stepson Colby, parents Cecile and Joseph Merchant, and her brother Peter. Her dog Ollie was always by her side and couch cuddle buddy. She had many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and amazing friends who have stood by her side. Laura would want you to find happiness and smile at a memory of her.
