Leverne C. Bennett

Rochester - Leverne C. Bennett, 74, passed away Wednesday April 20, 2011 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family, following a period of failing health. Born August 28, 1936 in Barrington, NH he was the son of the late Phillip S. and Anna (Arlin) Bennett. Mr. Bennett served in the Army National Guard. He worked many years at Spaulding Fiber in North Rochester. He had worked as a security guard for many years at Frisbie Memorial Hospital before retiring and worked for a brief period at Liberty Mutual. He was a member of the American Legion Post 7. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He always enjoyed fixing and tinkering with things and was an avid Red Sox fan.
