ROCHESTER - Robert N. Breton, 87, of 2 Haskell Ave., died Nov. 15, 2009, at the Langdon Place in Dover, N.H.Born Nov. 4, 1922, in Somersworth, N.H., he was the son of the late Arthur and Eva (Allaire) Breton.Mr. Breton had lived in Rochester and in the surrounding communities all of his life. He was the first class to graduate from Spaulding High School, Class of 1939. He joined the U.S. Navy in 1942 and served as a Seabee during World War II. He worked for 33 years for New England Telephone as a lineman and on the test boards in the main office.He liked to golf, pick blueberries, dancing, hunting, and watching sports. He enjoyed his Burger King Morning Coffee Club and was an active member of the Good Ole' Sports.Members of his family include his children, Robert P. Breton of Rochester, Bruce R. Breton and wife, Angela, of Maryland, Raymond R. Breton of Rochester, Barbara Michael and husband, Glenn, of Merrimack, Susan Boardman and Glenn of North Berwick, Maine, and Sandra Breton of Rochester; his sister, Alva; his niece, Francine Murphy of Dover and 14 grandchildren.Friends and family may visit Wednesday, Nov. 18, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the R. M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 S. Main St., Rochester.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday, Nov. 19 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, Lowell Street, Rochester, with Fr.
