After a long battle with COPD, Terry Lynn Towle, 62, of Strafford, NH, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family and friends on Monday, January 11, 2021. Being born on April Fool's Day in 1958 to Ronald and Sylvia Towle was no mistake. Terry will most be remembered for her quick and biting sense of humor as well as unique ability to make every situation end with the laugh had by all. She was raised by George and Beatrice Randall as well as Carole and William Stanley Beal whom she loved as her parents. A graduate of Rochester High School in 1976, Terry found lifelong friends in Maureen, Cheryl and Kathy with whom she had many zany and memory making experiences. Terry reached great heights as the first female crane operator at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard where she met her partner in crime (AKA husband) Robert Lovering whom she unfortunately lost in February 2020. Terry enjoyed bingo, Pogo, her various animals and found comfort in watching her niece Steph create beautiful paintings that brightened all the walls of her home. Terry had a knack for capturing pictures of family and friends enjoying life that will be forever cherished. Terry is predeceased by her sister Joi Towle and brother Lawrence Beal. Survivors include her sisters Sherry Towle and Lisa Laurion, brothers Ivan and Malcom Beal, children Ian Lovering and Kelly Kern, 4 grandsons, many nieces and nephews and her best companion until the end Karma, her dog. At this time, the family will hold a private Zoom gathering where stories of Terry's antics will be shared fondly followed by a family graveside burial in the Spring where Terry and Bob will be buried together and remembered as the FWs that they were.
