Adam Kirk Crothers

Adam Kirk Crothers, Age 40, of Jaffrey NH, Passed away peacefully and pain free on January 20, 2023 while in Hospice care due to Liver Failure. Adam was born in Rochester, NH on April 1, 1982 to Carol McCarthy and David Crothers. Adam was predeceased by his father David in 2021. Adam is survived by his five children; Isaiah, Zachaury, Heaghen, Toni & Malachai as well as his mother Carol McCarthy, his many siblings, and many many nieces and nephews. Adam is the ninth of twelve children born to his mother, with 6 brothers; Darrin McCarthy, John McCarthy, Thomas Pike Jr, Matthew Crothers, Nicholas Crothers & Kevin McCarthy and 5 sisters; Jenny Pike, Dianna Ross, Amanda Crothers, Estella Joseph & Felicia Bisson. Adam also has one older sister, Angela Crothers-Saucier, born to his father. Adam and his siblings grew up in various towns/Cities throughout Maine and New Hampshire until the family finally settled down in Sanford Maine when Adam was about 10 years old. He lived there with his mother, step father David Picard, Aunt Linda and five of his siblings until the age of 14 when he moved in with his father in Keene, NH. Adam loved cooking for and hanging out with his friends and family. He loved spending time on the sand at the beach. When he wasn't snowmobiling in the winter, he was four wheeling in the summer. Adam was always cracking a joke and always had a witty comeback for everything. He will surely be missed. A funeral Service will be held graveside at Pine Grove Cemetery on Rt 9 in Barrington NH at 12:00PM on Friday June 9th. There will be a Celebration of Life following the service at the American Legion @ 188 Eastern Ave., Rochester, NH 03867 from 1-5PM.
