Adeline Cleaves

ROCHESTER - Adeline Cleaves, 93, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009, at the Rochester Manor following a period of failing health.Born October 30, 1916, in Peabody, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Santos. Mrs. Cleaves was a shoe worker and had worked at Rondeau Shoe Co. for many years. She enjoyed playing bingo and crocheting.Members of her family include her grandchildren Holly Borrazas and her husband Lawrence of Barrington; Christopher Howard and his wife Ellen of Kingston; Amy Howard of Virginia; Jody Caulfield and her husband Tim of Milton, Mass.; Laura Cleaves of Auburn; Richard Cleaves of Concord; and Michael Cleaves and his wife Laura of Penacook; 11 great-grandchildren, her son-in-law Robert Howard of Rollinsford; and daughter-in-law Columbine Cleaves of Auburn; many nieces and nephews including two special nieces, Pat Nelson and her husband Frank and Marilyn Fulton and her husband Arthur.She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Cleaves Sr., her daughter Joanna Howard,...
