Alberta G. Hoyt

Barrington, NH - Alberta G. Hoyt, 88 formerly of Tolend Rd. went to be with her lord and savior March 11, 2014. Born February 13, 1926 in S. Berwick, ME she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Gertrude (Clay) Marshall. Mrs. Hoyt has lived in Barrington for nearly 50 years after moving from Rollinsford. She was a resident of the Rochester Manor for the past 5 years. She was employed by Davidson Rubber of Dover for many years and retired in 1981. After retirement her volunteerism with local organizations such as Riverside Rest Home and Operation Blessing to name a few earned her the Governors Recognition Award for outstanding volunteer service. She enjoyed picture puzzles and in her youger days horseback riding and her motorcycle. Members of her family her son include her Benjamin Hoyt, Jr. and his wife Petra of Barrington, NH; four grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren.
