Rochester - Alma Louise Hagen, 86, formerly of the Studley Home, 15 Eastern Ave., died on Tuesday, November 30, 2010, at the Rochester Manor after a period of failing health. Born July 24, 1923, in Sanford, Maine, she was the daughter of the late George and Sadie (Bucklin) Bernard. Mrs. Hagen has lived in Rochester most of her life. She worked at Dan's Star Market for 19 years. She had also worked at Edwards Market on Hancock St. and Dan's Market in Dover for over 10 years. She was a member of Chapter 17 Order of the Eastern Star and the James Farrington Chapter. She also served on the Board of Directors for Coastal Singles Club as Treasurer. She is the widow of Robert Hagen who died in 1991 Members of her family include her son Kenneth (Danny) Ricker and his wife Sallie of Dover, Alma's grandchildren Terry Weston of Barrington, NH, Christine Torno of Lebanon, Maine, Dana Ricker of Barrington, NH, and Rene Layman of Warwick, NY, 6 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
