She was the daughter of Marianne C. (Betts) Campbell and her step-father Wayne M. Proctor. Angela had a free spirit and was a very caring person. She enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping. She loved animals and spending time with her friends. Members of her family include her mother and step-father of Rochester. Her siblings Mark D. Campbell and wife Stacy of Mississippi, Michelle C.
