Angela (Angie) Fortier, 57, peacefully passed away Thursday February 27, 2025, with her family by her side. Angie was born August 21, 1967, in Weymouth Massachusetts, the daughter of Anthony (Tony) Schettino and Beverly (Bev) Ciampa. She was a vibrant and joyful soul who brought light to every person she knew and beyond. She loved spending time with her family and friends, enjoying her days outside, on the lake, in the garden, and watching the beautiful birds that flocked to her backyard.
Angie and David, the father of her children, moved into their first home in Wakefield NH. She found a career she loved at Wentworth Douglass Hospital. Angie and David built the home of their dreams in Milton NH with their children Melissa and Adam. They created many happy memories and celebrated many joyous occasions there. Along the way, she met many life-long friends she considered family.
Angie was proud of Melissa for her accomplishments, and for creating a family with her husband Zachary, daughter Zoey, pups Paisley and Yukon, kitty Zeke, and their chickens. Angie enjoyed spending time with them playing games, watching Zoey grow up, and creating lasting memories. Angie and Zoey enjoyed singing songs together, their favorite one was “The Itsy Bitsy Spider”.
Angie was proud of Adam for being a motivated young man and caring deeply for his family and friends. He lovingly cares for the family kitty, Roxy, who has been with them since 2010. Angie encouraged him to follow his dreams, one being purchasing his first home. Together, they loved spending time finding new breakfast spots to enjoy, going on drives to new places, choosing new plants to put in their gardens.
Angie is survived by her children, Adam, Melissa and husband Zach, granddaughter Zoey, her father Tony and his wife Ann, her brothers Rick and Ron, cousins Denise, Nicky, and Jody, sister in-law Eileen, her “gal pals”, her fur babies, and many other relatives and friends.
