Anita Cassily

Rochester, NH - ANITA CASSILY, beloved resident, passed away on April 22, 2024 with family by her side at her home, at the age of 92.  She was the widow of Philip J. Cassily who died in 1990 and is survived by her longtime significant other Lewis Young. Born in Rochester, NH on December 2, 1931 to her parents Emile and Olivine (Valliere) Guillemette. She was a devoted and caring mother of two boys Gary F Cassily & Michael P Cassily. She dedicated 40 years of her life to General Electric in Somersworth, NH. She was a lifelong member of St. Mary's Church of Rochester, NH including volunteering to serve food with local churches and gave her time generously in service to her community as a volunteer at Gerry's Food Pantry.  She was also nick-named Ta' and was very prideful of her home, being told she had the nicest looking yard on Harding St. If you happened to see her out in her yard, her purple outfit would match the beautiful flowers blooming all around her.
