Anita L. Green

Rochester, NHAnita L. (Grondin) Green of Rochester, NH passed away peacefully in the loving embrace of her family on August 29th, 2018. She was born March 25th, 1938 in Rochester, the younger daughter of the late Leon and Germaine (Turgeon) Grondin. A lifelong resident of Rochester, Anita was a 1956 graduate of Spaulding High School and attended MacIntosh College. Beginning her career with Varney's Insurance then Kendall's, she ultimately found her true calling assisting children and their families as office manager at The Rochester Child Care Center for over 30 years. Anita was active in politics and was the gracious First Lady of Rochester for 10 years. She demonstrated her commitment to community for many years by volunteering at the Soup Kitchen, The Mother's Club and Frisbie Memorial Hospital.
