Ann Carter

Dover, N.H.- Ann Carter, formerly of Raymond, ME, passed away on January 20th 2018, at St. Anne's Rehabilitation Center in Dover. Born December 25th, 1943 in Rhode Island to the late Gerard and Bertha (Pratt) Gagnon, Ann was predeceased by her husband James Carter, and her brother Anthony and his wife Doris. Ann was a bus driver for Lakes Regional School for many years, and also worked for the Continental Shoe in Portsmouth. She leaves behind brother, Henry Gagnon, and his wife Joan of Milton, NH, sister Dorothy O'Connell and her husband Michael, Naples, ME, and several nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, January 24th from 9:00 to 10:30 at the R.M. Edgerly & Sons Funeral Home, 86th S. Main Street, Rochester. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 at St. Mary's Church, 71 Lowell Street, Rochester.
