Center Strafford NH - Ann Wysor Graham, 61, of 197 Sloper Road died peacefully at her home July 1, 2013 after a sudden illness. Born May 19, 1952 in Chicago IL she was the daughter of the late Philip B. and Marie Christine (Merrill) Wysor. Ann has lived in Center Strafford for 28 years after having lived in Maryland and NH. She was educated at the Moravian School in Bethlehem, PA and The Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr, PA. She earned her BA in English at Goucher College in Baltimore, MD. She recently completed her NH certifications in elementary education and general special education and worked at the Strafford School for 17 years. Previously she had worked as a landscape designer in the NH lakes region and seacoast NH and ME. She was a skilled pianist, a gourmet cook, a devoted mother, a loving wife and an avid gardener. She enjoyed her many vegetable and perennial flower gardens at her property in Center Strafford. She was a passionate bird lover and also an avid reade. She loved to swim, bike, hike and ski. Surviving members of her family include her husband of 26 years James D. Graham of Center Strafford NH, her daughter Leah C. Graham of Bar Harbor, ME, her older brother Philip C. Wysor and his wife Deborah (Stephenson) Wysor of Marblehead MA and numerous nephews and nieces and their families. She is predeceased by her parents and by her oldest brother Henry J. Wysor. Donations may be made to the NH Audubon Society in lieu of flowers. A memorial service will be held at the Bow Lake Baptist Church in Strafford NH at 11AM on Friday 7/19/13.
