Anne M. Hansen

Anne Marie (Horan) Hansen passed away peacefully on June 8, 2025. Born on November 16, 1938, in Washington, DC, Anne lived a life defined by service, love, and joyful connection. Though she held many jobs—from aerospace typist to community service roles—her true vocation was people. She was a tireless supporter of friends, family, and strangers alike, offering help, laughter, and companionship wherever needed. Passionate about holidays, seasons, gardening, and gatherings, she made every moment a celebration. A devoted mother, grandmother, athlete, and volunteer, Anne lit up every room she entered. Her energy, compassion, and infectious spirit made her beloved by an entire community. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, generosity, and a life truly well-lived.
