Benjamin Hirsch

Rochester NH-Benjamin A Hirsch, 84, formerly of 2 Gloria St died Wednesday May 23, 2012 at the Dover rehab and living Center in Dover Nh. Born December 17, 1927 in Marion MA he was the son of the late Benjamin E and Mary Jane (Cobb) Hirsch. Mr. Hirsch was a highly decorated veteran who received the Silver Star, Bronze Star, and Purple Heart during his service in the US Army during WWII and Korea. He Worked at General Dynamic in Quincy Ma for many years. He has lived in Rochester since 1989, and was an avid sports fan of the Patriots, Bruins and Red Sox. Members of his family include his son Edward Hirsch and his wife Karen of Rochester, a special stepson Robert Stanley and wife Kristen and their children Kassie, Ryan, and Katreenia, a special daughter in law Susan Henry of Attleboro Ma, a sister in-law, Barbara Miller, his grandchildren Christopher, Jennifer, and Michele 4 great grandchildren Jamie, Tyler, Bella, and Kalya, many nieces and nephews.
