Blanche E. Valley

Blanche E.(Williams) Valley, 80, of Milton Mills passed away unexpectedly on Thursday July 17, 2014. She was born October 11, 1933 in Union, NH the daughter of Jefferson and Cora (Dunn) Williams. Blanche lived in Milton Mills most of her life. She was employed at Greene Tannery for many years. She had also worked at Encore Shoe as well as the Rochester Public Library which she retired from in 2007. She is predeceased by her loving husband and best friend of 58 years Norman E Valley Sr. in 2008. Blanche was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. There was nothing she would not do for her family and friends. Blanche was a compassionate and caring friend to many and was quick to offer assistance whenever it was needed. She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her cat Bobo. Members of her family include her son, Norman E.
