Carla Jean (Jacques) Langtry Kenny

Alton, NH- Carla Jean (Jacques) Langtry Kenny, 71, passed away Sunday, Sept. 10, 2023 at the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital after a long illness with her loving family by her side. She was born Oct. 8, 1951 in Melrose, Ma the daughter of the late Carl and Helen (McCarthy) Jacques. Carla has resided in Alton for the past 30 years previously growing up and living in North Reading, MA.  where she worked as a waitress and bartender at Kelley's Seafood and Steak House. She was an avid fan of the Patriots and Tom Brady and watching General Hospital on the television.  Her hobbies included traveling the country, reading, gardening and riding the motorcycle with her husband, Tom. But most of all Carla loved spending time with her family and friends. Carla had an infectious laugh and absolutely loved Christmas and lady bugs. Members of her family include her husband Tom Kenny, Her son, Kevin Wulleman and wife Kristen; daughters, Jennifer Wulleman and fiancé Leonard, Danielle Adair and wife Wendy; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Sally Sandborn and her late husband Richard, Jo Marie Allen and husband Bert, Bonnie MacDonald and husband Carl; several nieces and nephews and her best friend, Lynne Roberts Stone. Carla was predeceased by her son, Reginald Adair, Jr. Visitation will be Sunday Sept. 17, 2023 from 12-3 PM at the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 South Main Street, Rochester, NH. The funeral service will follow at 3PM in the chapel of the funeral home. A Celebration of life will be held at 4 PM at the Alton Legion Post 72 on Route 28 Alton, NH Burial will be in NH Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Organ Donor Foundation at Lahey Clinic.
