Carlene J Colwell

Rollinsford, NH- Carlene J. Colwell, 79, of 6 Sligo Road died April 25, 2017 at her home.   She was born December 30, 1937 in Rochester, NH, the daughter of the late Carl Jacobs and Eunice (Smith) (Jacobs) Goodwin.   She and her late husband George owned and operated the Eastside Bakery. They were also campground hosts at the Covered Bridge Campground in Conway, NH. She also worked in Chamberlain Street School's cafeteria for 9 years. Through her life she enjoyed crafts, yard sales, and flea markets. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church and had many friends at Dunkin Donuts.   Members of her family include her sons; Brian Colwell and Sue of Rollinsford, Christopher Colwell and his wife Vicky of Rochester; a daughter in-law, Jessica Colwell of Rochester; her siblings Barbara Barker and Earlon Jacobs; several grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years George Colwell, her son Alan Colwell in 2006.   Memorial services will be held Saturday May 6 at 2PM at the...
