Carmel (Cammy) Radwan, 88, of Rochester, NH died peacefully on October 21, 2014 surrounded by family. He was born in Newmarket, NH on August 2, 1926, son of Walter and Katherine Radwan. He graduated from Newmarket High School, attended the University of NH in Durham and graduated from the Feener School of Technology in Boston with a degree in Drafting and Design. During WWII, he served in the US Navy in active combat aboard the USS Allagash oil tanker. He was a proud member of American Legion Post #67 in Newmarket NH where he was Commander in 1950-51. He traveled to Denver, Colorado where he was a employed as contractor for the Atomic Energy Commission. While in Denver he married Dorothy (Welch) of Dover, NH on June 27, 1952 and they soon returned to New Hampshire. He worked for Clarostat Manufacturing in Dover as a Supervisor of Design and Chief Tool Engineer. He later worked for Janco Mfg. in Rollinsford and finally at Thompson-Center Arms in Rochester in Research and Development before retiring in 1988....
