Carol Anne (Bush) Lawrence, formerly of Old Orchard Beach and Waterboro, ME, and who lived in Rochester, NH, for the past 30 years was Promoted to Glory on November 3rd, her 84th birthday.
Carol Anne was born in Sunbury, PA on November 3rd, 1938, daughter of Salvation Army ministers Major Robert and Major Mollie (Tamoosh) Bush. Following in her parents' footsteps, Carol Anne also became a Salvation Army minister and devoted her time to helping people.
Carol Anne loved church music and often played piano and sang during services. She also played in the Salvation Army's hallmark brass band and timbrel groups. Playing tambourine was a lifelong hobby and her self-professed "true love."
Carol Anne was predeceased by three husbands: Ralph Furino, Edwin Owen and Reginald Lawrence. She is survived by her brothers Robert Bush II and Randall Davis, her children Robert Furino and Sharon Brown, seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, three nieces and two nephews.
