Rochester NH-Caroline G. Vernal,95, of 28 Wildflower way died Sunday June 30, 2017 at her home after a long battle with dementia.Born December 12, 1921 in Laconia NH she is the daughter of the late Francis and Mabel (Lamper) Marden.Caroline has lived in Rochester for the past 45 years after moving from Belmont. She enjoyed knitting and ceramic painting.Members of her family include her daughter, Patricia Gerlick and her wife Kathy Doherty of Gonic, her granddaughter, Patricia Bodge and her husband Kenneth of Rochester NH, her grandchildren; Jennifer Fall, Stephanie Stewart, Kenneth Bodge JR and Veronica Bodge, her 9 great grandchildren, her brothers; Lewis and Carroll Marden both of Belmont, she is predeceased by her sisters; Dorothy Flanders and Betty JewettA Graveside service will be held Friday at 1pm in the Rochester Cemetery on Franklin St.Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the R.M.
