Carolyn Olivares

Rochester, NH- Carolyn Olivares, 79, died Saturday, November 6, 2010 at the Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover, NH. She was born December 13, 1930 in McCook, Nebraska. She was the daughter of the late John and Marvel (Brown) Clark. Carolyn, affectionately know as "KK" by her loved ones, grew up in McCook Nebraska and attended Hastings College where she majored in music and played trumpet. After college she moved to Sacramento, California where she met her future husband Armando Olivares. They married in 1954 and had 3 children. Several moves took her family to Idaho, New Hampshire, and eventually to Suffolk County in England UK, where they lived for 11 years. She particularly enjoyed living and traveling abroad and making new friends. Carolyn most enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and was also passionate about music, reading, drawing, politics, watching old movies, and laughing.
