Charles Goodwin

Strafford, NH- Charles Goodwin, 76, died Tuesday April 12, 2016 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital after a brief illness.   He was born Jan. 12, 1940 in Billerica, MA. and has resided in Strafford since 1982.   He owned and operated Charles H. Goodwin Insulating Company. He loved hunting and his farm house.   Members of his family include his wife of 41 years, Alice (Greenwood) Goodwin; his children; Charles Goodwin, Jr. and wife Rachel, Dawn MacKenzie and husband Robert, Lisa Streechon and husband Steve, Christina Dube and husband Mike; stepchildren, Sharlene Poitras and husband Robert, Alice Mercier, Christine Parquette and husband Robert, Diana Parent, Lisa Hurley and Steve Delaney, Denise Currier; 22 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; brother, Fred Goodwin; sister; Ida Goodwin and many nieces and nephews.   The funeral service will be Tuesday April 19, 2016 at 12PM in the chapel of the R.M.
