Charles W Hussey

Rochester NH- Charles W. Hussey, 88, of Rochester passed away peacefully at home on Hussey Hill on Sunday June 8, 2014. He was the son of the late Walter and Catherine (Gilbert) Hussey. A lifelong resident of Rochester, he touched many lives. He served honorably in WWII in the 11th Airborne and received the Purple Heart while stationed in the Philippines. He went onto working many years in heavy construction. Charles enjoyed watching his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren grow up. He is survived by his sister, Joan and her husband Warren Harp of Bell, FL.; his children, son, Gary Hussey and wife Sharon, Rochester, daughters, Betty Baun and her significant other, Danny Goodfield, Rochester, Jane Hussey and her significant other, Dave Bottoms of Ada, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Marjorie and Mike Hadden, Walter and Jen Hussey, Errol and Stacey Baun, Tahli and Mike Knapp, Thomas Remington and his partner Brian Shulte, 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
