ROCHESTER - Charles Spencer, 51, of Green Hill Road, died Wednesday, July 15, 2009, at the Frisbie Memorial Hospital after a sudden illness.Born Aug. 29, 1957, in Riverside, Calif., he was the son of Clesson and June (Leighton) Spencer.Charles moved from California in 1979 to move to Rochester, and later moved to Barrington, where he had lived for the past five years. He served in the U.S. Air Force, 1976-1977. He was employed at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
