Chris M. Hammond

Milton, NH- Chris M. Hammond, 64, of Milton passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Chris worked numerous jobs, the last with S & S Paving in Rochester, NH. He was a career truck driver and beloved Harley rider. Chris served in the U.S. Airforce. He was born on April 22, 1956 to Charles and Barbara Hammond and was one of nine children. He was predeceased by his parents, brother, Craig Hammond; sister, Heather Mayo; daughter, Jennifer Boulanger; grandson, Shawn Hammond. He leaves behind his loving wife Paula; sons, Jerry, Jason, Charles and Ryan Hammond. He also leaves 12 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is also survived by 4 brothers, Brian, Kerry, Jimmy and Scott Hammond and 2 sisters, Amy Hodgson and Lisa Dore and significant others. Family and friends may visit Saturday, March 20, 2021 from 2-6 PM at the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 South Main Street, Rochester, NH.
