Cody Cleveland

ROCHESTER ; Cody W. Cleveland, 16, passed away Monday, April 6, 2009 at Massachusetts General Hospital for Children surrounded by family and friends.Born Jan. 19, 1993, in Portsmouth, N.H., the son of Scott and Deanie (Simmons) Cleveland. Cody was a sophomore honor student at Spaulding High School. He was a member of the jayvee and varsity soccer and basketball teams. He enjoyed playing golf, lifting weights, and cooking. Cody loved basketball and camping. He had strength and determination beyond his years.
