Daniel Graham

Rochester, NH- Daniel R. (Dan) Graham, 49, passed away peacefully on August 26, 2015 after a long illness. He leaves his beloved wife Laurie (Glidden), daughter Courtney, and son Cody Graham of Rochester, NH. Dan was born in Haverhill, MA on December 3, 1965 and was raised in Gaithersburg, MD and Chelmsford, MA. He worked as an accountant for many years for Nordblom Company in Burlington and Boston,MA as a broker for Prudential until illness disabled him. He was a New England sports fan extraordinaire and his courage in living his life to the fullest with a chronic disease while raising his family was a testament to his incredible determination and an example to all who knew him. In addition to his wife and children, Dan is survived by his parents, Robert L. and Donna (Laratonda) Graham of Methuen, MA, his grandmother, Mary Laratonda of Haverhill, MA, his sisters Debra Graham of Newton, NH, Laurie Saenz and husband Frank of Germantown, MD Michelle and husband Stephen Graves of Methuen, MA Louise Bannister of Newton, NH. He also leaves his in-laws, Ida and Allen Glidden of Rochester, NH , sisters-in-law, Deborah Carpenter and Kathy Post, both of Farmington, NH, his Godchild, Jordyn Graves and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews who loved him dearly. He was predeceased by his grandparents Leon and Dorothy Graham and Daniel Laratonda all of Haverhill, MA and brother-in-law, Christopher Carpenter. The family would like to acknowledge the excellent care given to Dan by the staff of Frisbie Memorial Hospital and Riverside Rest Home. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday Sept. 5, 2015 at 11AM at St. Mary Church, 71 Lowell Street, Rochester NH.
