Darlene Towle

Strafford NH-Darlene Marie Towle, 69, of 121 Webber Rd went to be with the Lord Tuesday June 5, 2018 at her family home, which she built with her husband and 7 children.  Courageously, Darlene fought a 4 yearlong battle with cancer, daily surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Born June 29, 1948 in Louisville KY, she is the daughter of Stanley and Mary Roberta (Clark) Brown. A resident of Strafford since 1988, Darlene worked as a paraprofessional at Strafford Elementary School, serving kindergarteners, which she loved.  Darlene had many friends and colleagues, who she fondly called her, "Strafford School Family".  More than anything Darlene loved and adored her family and grandchildren and recently began attending The Holy Rosary Church in Rochester with them. She enjoyed shopping, endless "girls days" with her daughters and granddaughters, Barnes & Noble adventures accompanied by a Starbucks beverage with her grandsons, frequent sleep-overs with her granddaughter Ashlynn, who she helped raise,...
