Strafford NH-David Gerschwiler, 47, of 136 Sunny Oaks Terrace died Tuesday September 21, 2010 surrounded by his loving family at the Hyder Family Hospice after a courageous battle with cancer. Born March 15, 1963 in New Jersey he is the son of Hans and Nancy (Clarke) Gerschwiler of Pinehurst, NC. and the beloved SON in law of Larry & Shirley Cossar of East Kingston, NH. David has lived in Strafford, NH for the past 16 years after moving from Kittery Point, ME. He grew up in Short Hills, NJ where he attended Millburn H.S. He was a graduate of New England College in Henniker, NH. He was employed as a project manager for Ransom Environmental in Portsmouth NH. He enjoyed spending time with his family and many close friends. He loved taking his wife for date nights out in their sports car and riding his motorcycle with friends. He enjoyed boating on Lake Winnisquam with his dear friends and relaxing by a fire. David, his wife and children traveled extensively to many Iberostar Resorts and made friends...
