David W Jones

Barrington NH-David W. Jones, 46, died Friday December 11, 2015. Born October 8, 1969 in Bronxville NY he is the son of Ronald SR and Sylvia (Haas) Jones both of Newtown CT. Dave attended Henry Abbott Technical High School and graduated Class of 1989. He worked in the maintenance control department at Plane Sense Inc at Pease International Tradeport in Newington. Dave was an avid antique car enthusiast and enjoyed working on old planes, especially WWII aircraft. Dave served the community by becoming a 4H volunteer, heading the Dover High School concession stand, his involvement in Boy Scouts, serving as a driver for the Dover High School ski team and many various activities throughout the community. Members of his family include his wife, Cristina Jones of Barrington and his two children, Sydney and Andrew Jones; his brothers, Ronald Jones JR of Oxford CT and Stephen Jones of Florida; and his sister Kathy Kovics of Waterbury CT. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to the David Jones Memorial Trust C/O Cristina Jones PO Box 422 Barrington, NH 03825. Memorial calling hours will be held Friday from 11am-1pm with a memorial service to be held at 1pm in the Chapel of the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 South Main St, Rochester NH 03867. A gathering to celebrate David's life will follow at the Community Center on Lois Lane in Barrington, directly across the street from 392 Scruton Pond Road.
