David Neal Mongovin

Milton, NH -David Neal Mongovin, 86, of 52 Ridgeview Drive died Friday Aug. 18, 2017 at Colonial Hill Rehab and Living Center. He was born October, 20, 1930 in Boston, MA the son of the late John and Josephine Mongovin. He served in the U.S. Navy during Korea and has resided in this area since 2001 previously living in Olympia, WA. David worked as a claims adjuster for State Farm. Members of his family include his wife Martha (McHale) Mongovin; sons, David Jr. of Olympia, WA., Stephen of Seattle, WA.; daughters, Bernadette Petrie, Lake Stevens, WA., Margaret Barstow, Puyallup, WA. several grand and great grandchildren He was predeceased by his first wife Betty; grandson Patrick and brother, John Mongovin. A memorial service will be held Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017 at 11AM in the chapel of the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 South Main Street, Rochester, NH. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Charles Children's Home, Common Street, Rochester, NH 03867.
