David Allen Richardson

David Allen Richardson, 68, of Rochester, NH, born May 31, 1955 to Gordon and GabrielleRichardson, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Portsmouth Regional Hospitalon June 10, 2023 after a long battle with chronic heart disease.Possessing a passion for music, David was a talented drummer, guitarist and singer, in addition tocollecting and playing instruments common and rare. He was also a carpenter, auto body repairman,loving husband, father, animal lover, and a friend to many.David never shied from a project. Whether he was rebuilding cars, building a miniature staircase for hiscats or furniture for his children, he never expected anything but appreciation in return. His quick wit,keen sense of humor, honesty, integrity and strength of character will forever be cherished by thosewho knew him best.Eternally holding him in their hearts are his wife of 48 years, Janet Richardson, son Jesse Richardson,daughter Lisa Stead, sister Gloria Dowse, and numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.Services will be held on June 25, 2023 at:Edgerly Funeral Home86 South Main Street, Rochester, NH 03867Visiting hours are from 1:00-3:00pmService will be from 2:00-3:00pmA celebration of his life will follow at:South Hilton ParkDover Point, NH, 03820from 4:00-8:00pmFriends and Family of all ages are welcome.
