Obituary

Dawn Angela Lapierre, passed away peacefully in her home on September 6, 2026, surrounded by her loving children. She was born on October 12, 1936, to Alwin Lesperance and Gertrude Dupont Lesperance Bruley in Manchester NH.

Dawn will be remembered for the warmth she brought to those around her and for the simple joys that filled her life. Dawn obtained her teaching degree at The University of New Hampshire and enjoyed teaching for the Rochester School Department. Dawn was an avid golfer and played on a women’s league for The Rochester Country Club, a pastime that reflected both her energy and her enjoyment of companionship. She also found happiness in creative pursuits and enjoyed painting, knitting, and crocheting, sharing her time and talents in ways that brought beauty and comfort to everyday life.

Family was at the heart of Dawns life. She is survived by her son, Thomas Lambert; her daughter Susan Hall and Susan’s husband, Gregory Hall; and her daughter Luanne Bilodeau and Luanne’s husband, Stephen Bilodeau. She also leaves behind several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as her best friend, Mary Osborne Smith, whose friendship was a cherished part of her life. The love of her family surrounded her in life and remained with her in her final moments.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Richard Lesperance and Armond Lesperance.

Angela’s life will be remembered with love by all who knew her. Her family and friends will carry forward memories of her kindness, her creativity, and the many moments of joy she shared with them. May her memory bring comfort and peace to those who mourn her passing.
