Debora Louise Mangala Staples Warner

Somersworth, NH - On June 26, 2023, Debora Louise Mangala Staples Warner, 65, peacefully passed away surrounded by family and friends after 17 years with Multiple Systems Atrophy, MSA. She was born in Portsmouth, NH on September 19, 1957 to Winfield and Peggy Ann (Blankenship) Staples Jr. and grew up in Rye, NH. She graduated from Portsmouth High School and went on to receive a bachelors in Health Management and a Master's Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland. In 1992 Debora Mangala trained with Integral Yoga teacher Sri Swami Satchidananda becoming a favorite senior teacher trainer for Integral Yoga and touching the heads and hearts of thousands of yoga teachers and students throughout the world. In the mid 90's she trained with, and became an assistant trainer for Sri Mukunda Stiles whose book  Structural Yoga Therapy is a classic for Yoga Therapy.
