ROCHESTER ; Deborah Jeanne Smith, 47, lost her courageous 21⁄2 year battle with cancer. The Lord Jesus Christ called her home Friday, May 8, 2009.Debbie was born in Winchester, Mass., on July 29, 1961. She graduated from Billerica Memorial High School, Class of 1983. Debbie worked for the Salvation Army as a bell ringer around the holidays. She was a people person who saw the good in everyone she met. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Greater Rochester and a proud follower of Jesus Christ. She will be missed by all of her family and friends. Debbie was a member of the Eagles Club #4216 of Ocala, Fla.Debbie leaves behind a very large family. She is survived by her partner of 11 years, Donald Blazonis of Rochester; son, Matthew Paul Smith of Roslindale, Mass.; parents, Barbara (Lord) Smith and Richard M.
