Dennis was born March 12th, 1958, in Rochester, NH, to the late Bernard Downs and Marion (Foster) Stewart.
Dennis is survived by Katrina McGarry, who was like a daughter to him; and his four siblings, Irene Gagnon; Sharon Tripp; Robert Downs, and Michael Stewart; along with many nieces and nephews.
