Donald Hersey

Dover NH-Donald M. Hersey,62, has passed from his earthly life into his eternal life with the Lord Jesus Christ Monday November 1, 2010 at the Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover NH. Born January 6, 1948 in Rochester NH he was the son of Ralph and Wilda L. (Boulay) Hersey. Mr. Hersey served in the United Sates Air Force during Vietnam as an aircraft mechanic and later went on to work at the Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard where he retired in 2004. He was a member of the Grace Community Church in Rochester. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and also reading the word of God. Members of his family include his wife of 26 years, Edith M. Hersey of Dover, his mother, Wilda L. Hersey, his children; Karen Cormier and her husband Mike, Tanya Lambert and her husband Tim, Jessica Wentworth and her husband Reg, Angela Hersey and Carl Malone JR, 11 grandchildren, his sisters; Jeanne and Lee Pouliot, Sandra and Bud Libby, Laurie and Randy Nichols, his brothers; Roland and Marie Hersey, Brian and Melissa Hersey and Roger Hersey, 11 nieces and nephews. Memorial donations may be made to the Seacoast Hospice, 10 Hampton Rd, Exeter NH 03833 A memorial service will be held November 21, 2010 at 6pm at the Grace Community Church, Rochester Hill Rd, Rochester NH 03867.
