Donald Tarlton

Rochester - Donald Tarlton, 81, passed away Monday October 15, 2012 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. Born September 21, 1931 in Epping, NH, he was the son of the late Arthur and Jeanette (Johnson) Tarlton. Mr. Tarlton retired from General Electric. He was a former Volunteer Firefighter with the Rochester Fire Department and a Special Officer with the Rochester Police Dept. Donald was a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather who loved spending time with his family. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. Members of his family include his wife of 61 years Rebecca (Sherwood) Tarlton of Rochester, NH; four daughters Diane Emerson and husband Kevin of Farmington, NH; Donna Cassell and husband Jim of Pulski, VA; Dinah Nesbitt and husband Harry of Rochester, NH; and Doree Price and husband James of Oxford, CT; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
