Dorothy Gray

Dorothy Gray Farmington - Dorothy I. Gray, 87, died Sunday, March 21, 2010 at her home, following a brief illness. Born December 3, 1922 in Norwich, VT, she was the daughter of the late Leslie and Ethel (Hodgdon) Weymouth. Dottie was a very gifted seamstress. For many years she would make dolls and other home made items for all the grandchildren. She enjoyed painting, caning and restoring old chairs, and restoring other furniture. Dottie and her husband, Bill, spent many years vacationing around the country with her sister Polly and husband Donny. Some of their more memorable times were spent digging for old bottles. On one of their bottle digging adventures, she found a very rare bottle. During their retirement years, Bill and Dot wintered in Zephyrhills, FL. The summers were spent with their children and grandchildren at camp on the island at Baxter Lake in Farmington.
