ROCHESTER - Dorsity Wayne Tibbetts, 77, of 15 Lynn Lane, died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009 at his home.Born March 8, 1932, in Prospect Harbor, Maine, he was the son of the late Charles E. and Vira E. (Bridges) Tibbetts.Fondly known as DW, Dorsey was a longtime Rochester resident. He was last employed by Rochester Truck, where he made deliveries. He was proud to have served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War.Dorsey was a wonderful father and grandfather. He will be remembered always by his one special girl. Members of his family include his wife of 22 years, Virginia L.
