Edith Jenness

Farmington, NH- Edith N. Jenness, 95, of Church Street died Saturday May 9, 2020 at home after a period of failing health. She was born Nov. 19, 1924 in Farmington, NH the daughter of the late Loren and Alice (O'Connor) Hunt. She was the last of 9 siblings. She has resided in this area all of her life and was a homemaker. Edith enjoyed reading and doing crossword puzzles. The widow of Alden Jenness who died in 2008, she is survived by sons, Gerald and wife Judy of Farmington, NH, Joseph and wife Bonnie Jenness of Rochester; daughter, Kathleen Jenness of Farmington, NH; 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by son, Charles Jenness. Private burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Farmington, NH. Arrangements are under the care of the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 South Main Street, Rochester, NH.
