Edward M. Yurick

ROCHESTER - Edward Yurick, 74, died Wednesday, December 20, 2017 after a sudden illness at Frisbie Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Born June 17, 1943 in Webster, MA, Edward was the son of the late Michael and Josephine (Szkutak) Yurick. Edward has lived in Rochester for the past 12 years after moving from Dudley, MA.  Edward was a graduate of Clark University.  He was employed as an accountant for Goldstein and Gurwitz and more recently enjoyed working for H&R Block. He was humble, quiet, and a well put together man who loved his family dearly. He enjoyed playing chess and being with his grandchildren. Edward is survived by his wife of 50 years, Pauline (Loiselle) Yurick of Rochester, NH; his son Michael Yurick and his wife Elizabeth of Westerville, Ohio; his daughters Jennifer J. Giampapa of Worcester, MA and Amy M. Poulin and her husband Stephan of Dover, NH; seven grandchildren Alec, Kyle, Tyler, Sydney, Anique, Anthony, and Janelle; and brother Robert J. Yurick of Meriden, CT....
