Eileen Marie Galvin

Eileen Marie (Davies) Galvin, 92, of Somersworth, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at her home on Sunday, January 9, 2022.  Born in Boston, Massachusetts on September 15, 1929, Eileen was the daughter of the late Henry Davies and the late Nora Agnes (Toomey).  Dear sister of the late Leo Davies, the late Harry Davies and the late Dorothy (Davies) Pierce. Eileen was the beloved wife of 53 years to the late John Thomas Galvin, Jr.  A loving and devoted mother to seven children - Karen Ann and her husband Eugene Tafoya of Prescott, Arizona; Kathleen of Somersworth, NH; John Thomas III of Auburn, ME; Joan Marie of Somersworth, NH; Christine of Parker, CO, Paul Joseph of Somersworth, NH and the late Angela Galvin.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
