Elaine Parker

Rochester, NH - Elaine Lillian Parker, 78, passed away Sunday May 9, 2010 at the Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover, NH following a period of failing health. Born November 27, 1931 in St. Johnsbury, Vt. She was the daughter of the late Albert J. and Etta M. (Goodenough) Mooney. Mrs. Parker retired from Peck Hardware Co. after working for over 20 years as a bookkeeper. Elaine enjoyed RV traveling, cooking, bowling, line dancing, and playing the piano. Members of her family include her husband Wilbur "Cody" Parker of Rochester, NH; her three children Susan Simms and her husband David of Pensacola, FL; James Parker and his partner Shelley Laurencio of Brookline, NH; and Pam Demers and her husband Mike of Pembroke, NH; seven grandchildren Katie and her husband Travis, Jennifer, Peter, Nicole, Dakota, Joel, and Jade and one great grandson Collin, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters Mildred Bosworth and Lillian Smith. There will be no calling hours. A funeral service will be held...
