Eleanor Mansfield

Rochester, NH- Eleanor Mansfield, 88, of 11 Susan Lane died Sunday, July 24, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 2, 1928 in Laconia, NH, the daughter of the late Clifford and Geneva (Naylor) Owen. Eleanor formed and was active in the Mothers Club at St. Mary Elementary School and supported the nuns. She was a longtime communicant of St. Mary Church. Eleanor enjoyed their annual trips to Canada and Barbados but mostly enjoyed spending time with her family. Members of her family include her husband of 66 years, G. Raymond Mansfield, sons, Dana, Dale, David, Darrel Mansfield; daughters, Debra Wilson and Donna LaFreniere; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by son, Darren Mansfield; granddaughter, Lindsey Mansfield brother, Kenneth Owen and sister, Beatrice Benoit.   Family and friends may visit Wednesday July 27, 2016 from 4-7 PM at the R.M.
