Elizabeth Palmer

Concord, NH-Elizabeth "Betty" Palmer, 80, formerly of Rochester, NH, passed away June 9, 2017 at the Harris Hill Center after suffering many years from the complications of Alzheimer's Disease.  She was born December 23, 1936, in Pittsfield, NH and later moved to Rochester when she married BIll Palmer in 1955.   Betty was the daughter of Lawrence E. Hill and Iva (Durgin) Hill.  Betty was a graduate of Pittsfield H.S., class of 1955.  She stayed at home to raise her 5 children.  Betty later worked for Ellis Hatch's catering business, was employed full time by Thompson Center Arms for many years, and her last job was working at the University of NH in Durham.  Betty is survived by her five children: her daughter Robin Morrison and her husband Harold of Hope Mills, North Carolina; her son David Palmer and his wife Pam of Sanbornville, NH; her daughter Sonya Davis and husband Christopher of Sedona, AZ; her daughter Carol Cologie and husband Robert of North Pole, AK; and her son Deane Palmer and wife Tammy of...
