Estelle N Blackadar

Rochester - Estelle N. Blackadar, 86, passed away Friday September 16, 2011 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital following a period of failing helath. Born June 4, 1925 in Rochester, NH daughter of the late Philippe and Emelda (Larochelle) Lavallee. She had worked at General Linen, Jameson Shoe and Colonial Cleaners for a number of years. She was a great cook and made the best "potato salad" in town. She enjoyed Big Band music. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Members of her family include her son Wayne Blackadar and wife Kathy of West Dover, VT; her grandchildren Jody, Jeffrey, Jennifer, Jacqueline, Stacy, great grandchildren Ryan, Kristan, Courtney, Devon, and Lucas, her siblings Georgette Bouchard and husband Andrew of Rochester, NH; and Ronald Lavallee and wife Jackie of FL; several special nieces and nephews.
