Florence E. Wisminiti

Florence E. Wisminiti (Mattimore) of Rochester passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2022, after a brief illness. Florence was born in Washington DC on January 31, 1938, to James and Mary (Histon) Mattimore.  She graduated from St. Patrick's Academy and worked at the Department of the Army where she met her future husband of 63 years, Paul Wisminiti Sr. Florence, and Paul began raising their family in CT but moved to NH in 1979. Florence was a retired member of the Rochester School Department where she was a beloved employee for 22 years. She was predeceased by her son, Paul Wisminiti Jr, his wife, Susan (Spector), and son, Connor. Florence is survived by her husband, Paul Wisminiti Sr, daughter, Kristy Simmons (Mike Simmons) of CT, son Michael Wisminiti (Cheryl Wisminiti) of Barrington NH, grandchildren Michael, Marc, Maribeth, and Mollie Simmons, Dillan, and Ethan Wisminiti, and great-grandson Jaxon Simmons.
